Like a monumental spinnaker, this 12-story tower design rises above the shore of the Red Sea. The sculptural glass curtain wall supported by a concrete easel is striking and allows breathtaking views, but the angle of the glass also serves to redirect the rays of the sun. The lower half of the structure functions as corporate headquarters, while the upper is high-end apartments.
