This world-class complex consolidates the Alturki group of companies into a stunning, centralized corporate headquarters. By way of deft space planning, the design team was able to optimize form, function and structural efficiency by employing a 9-meter structural grid with varying cantilevers to support the sleek, 38-meter diameter tower. Sustainable features of the 14-storey building include automatic sun shading and the use of a sun shelf for glare reduction and temperature control.
