The Electrical Testing Laboratory is a world-class calibrator of high and low voltage equipment. Fittingly, the design for the ETL’s main administration building suggests an oasis surrounded by lightning bolts. A central landscaped courtyard filled with natural light divides articulated work areas, laboratories and amenities. This design is a competition entry for the power regularity agency for GCC countries.
