A high-rise mixed-use tower located on a very prominent site overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The architecture of the project derives its visuals from the traditional fishing sailboats used in the region. Furthermore, other vernacular architectural elements were used in the context of the project to achieve a very modern yet locally sensitive architecture.
